Hands that Care for Water

Welcome to Hands that Care for Water: Empowering Youth for a Sustainable Future

In a world where water scarcity and environmental degradation are becoming increasingly urgent challenges, the organization "Hands that Care for Water" emerges as an inspiring voice and a catalyst for change. Our commitment, among other things, is to empower youth and develop leaders to raise awareness and protect the water essential for promoting sustainability.

As strategies, we propose the use of innovative solutions based on ancient knowledge to involve youth in water conservation. We recognize that young people are powerful agents of change and that their engagement is crucial to shaping a sustainable future.

Through educational programs, hands-on activities, and awareness campaigns, we empower young people to become active advocates and stewards of water and the environment in their communities. Furthermore, we hope that by focusing on leadership development, resilience, and advocacy, young people can bring about positive change in their lives and the world around them.

We believe that empowering and developing leaders are key tools to promote water conservation awareness and action, giving young people the opportunity to take on leadership roles in their communities and become effective agents of change.

At "Hands that Care for Water," we are convinced that together we can build a sustainable future where water is valued, protected, and accessible to all. By involving youth, training them as leaders, and raising awareness for water conservation, we lay the foundation for a fairer, healthier, and more prosperous world for future generations.

Join us on this exciting journey to protect water and our planet. Together, we can make a difference.

At Hands that Care for Water, we count on strategic and valuable partnerships, such as the Alcoa Foundation, the Department of Education of the State of Tocantins, members of various organizations such as the Global Shapers Belo Horizonte Hub and Pernambuco, Engajamundo and Vida no Cerrado.

One of our goals is to build partnerships with other non-governmental organizations, companies, local governments, and indigenous communities to strengthen water conservation initiatives and expand the reach of the organization's programs and projects.
